Wednesday:
3/10 right side tingling 3inches down from shoulder 1inch to right of spine:
1/10 left side behind shoulder joint.
Monday and Tuesday
1/10 – Both sides – left fine – right worse /
still the occasional shooting pain.
Sunday Day:
2/10 – Left side – feels a bit heavy. trying to not put weight on it or jar it
in any way. still getting some shooting pains (especially on top front of
shoulder.)
1/10 right side – probably tense from typing.

quite stiff on left sone sharp pains in neck and left arm.

8/10 – on the flight – very uncomfortable left side.
